Ordering Information
1) All orders must be placed through mail
or appropriate delivery service (Fedex, UPS etc.) - and
accompanied by a signed Order Form and payment in full.
2) COST: The price of Membership into Coastal Vacations is
based upon the Level of Travel Package which is ordered (Level
I, Level II or Premier Travel Membership):
Total Cost will include the cost of Membership and taxes
(where applicable). For the total cost on the various membership
levels for Canadian residents, please refer to the price table
below. |

a) Cheques - personal cheques
used for payment must be certified
(no exceptions)
b) Money Orders - must be signed and dated appropriately
c) Important - Do not mail CASH
d) Payable - cheques payable/money orders payable: Coastal
Travel and Leisure Ltd. |
3) TAXES:
GST @ 7% will be included in the total cost of all orders
delivered to addresses in Canada
4) SHIPPING Charges: Shipping is free for all regular
priced orders. |
To Order
1) Fill out the Order Form completely . Please
fill out a separate Order Form for each order placed.
2) Read the Guarantee/Liability clauses now.
Guarantee: In making this
purchase of a Membership into Coastal Vacations I acknowledge
that
if, for any reason what-so-ever, I am not satisfied with my
purchase, I may, within 30 (thirty) days
of receiving my initial Membership materials, return the
materials for a complete, prompt, courteous,
’no questions asked’ refund. I further acknowledge that any
refund requires that the purchased
membership has not been “activated” and that the returned
materials are complete, unsoiled, and in
like-new condition. (Activation occurs when the
Application/Registration Form has been completed and
submitted to the office of Coastal Vacations). Liability:
I understand that Coastal Travel and Leisure
Ltd. act as an agency on behalf of Coastal Vacations and N.B.
Management of Kissimmee Florida.
Accordingly, Coastal Travel and Leisure shall be liable for the
cost of Membership and shall be held
free from any and all other forms of liability regarding said
membership and/or related travel. |
